First, the thing people get wrong: there is nothing to install. Tomitingo is a website, not an app. You open it in your browser, paste a video link, and save the file. If an app store or a pop-up is pushing you to download a "Tomitingo app" before you can start, close it. That is not the service.

Start downloading in four steps

1. Find the video you want and copy its link. In most apps: share button, then "Copy link".
2. Open tomitingo.com in your browser. The button below takes you straight to the official tool.
3. Paste the link into the box, and choose your format: MP4 or WebM for video, MP3 if you only want the sound.
4. Save the file. On a phone it lands in your gallery or photos. On a computer it lands in your downloads folder.

Works on your device, whichever it is

Because it runs in the browser, Tomitingo works the same on Android, iPhone, iPad, Windows and Mac. There is no version to match your phone and nothing to update. A five-year-old phone handles it fine, since the heavy lifting happens on the platform's servers, not on your device.

Before you save anything

Two honest notes. First, only public videos work. Private accounts, private groups and anything behind a login will fail, and no setting changes that. Second, keep it lawful: save your own videos freely, and for other people's work stick to personal viewing and fair use. Do not re-upload someone else's video as your own.
